Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers and provide exceptional support throughout the service experience.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians.
- Present maintenance recommendations, explain repair needs, and secure customer approvals.
- Provide accurate estimates for cost and completion times.
- Maintain strong communication with customers regarding status updates.
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Support dealership CSI goals and maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist in warranty documentation and compliance with FCA/Stellantis guidelines.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor.
- Strong automotive knowledge and ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Experience with service management software ( CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Hourly/Commission based pay.
