Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer

Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid)

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent


The Opportunity

We are pleased to be representing our client as they seek to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to their growing team.

Our client boasts a robust and consistent pipeline of residential property work, with a particular expertise in new-build and off-plan purchases highly preferred. This is an ideal role for a professional looking to step into a structured, busy environment where the workflow is steady and career progression is a genuine priority.


The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload, managing files from initial instruction through to successful completion. You will be supported by a firm that prides itself on its operational delivery and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full conveyancing cycle for residential transactions.

  • Specialise in high-volume new-build and off-plan purchases. (preferable) 

  • Ensure all legal requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met.

  • Provide a high level of service to clients, developers, and agents throughout the process.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient desk within a fast-paced environment.


About You

Our client is looking for a proactive legal professional who thrives in a structured setting. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.

  • Specialism: Previous experience handling off-plan transactions is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skill: Confidence in managing a high-volume caseload from end-to-end.

  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a focus on meeting completion targets.
