Our client boasts a robust and consistent pipeline of residential property work, with a particular expertise in new-build and off-plan purchases highly preferred. The Role
As a Conveyancer, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload, managing files from initial instruction through to successful completion. You will be supported by a firm that prides itself on its operational delivery and streamlined processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full conveyancing cycle for residential transactions.

Specialise in high-volume new-build and off-plan purchases. (preferable)

Ensure all legal requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met.

Provide a high level of service to clients, developers, and agents throughout the process.

Maintain an organized and efficient desk within a fast-paced environment.
About You
Our client is looking for a proactive legal professional who thrives in a structured setting. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.

Specialism: Previous experience handling off-plan transactions is highly preferred.
