About this opportunity:
We are excited to present a dynamic opportunity at the forefront of the IT industry for an IT Engineer/Tester. As part of our team, you will play an integral role in testing, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting our wide-ranging customer application systems. Through your expert knowledge and detailed manual or automated Test case design, you will provide essential services that meet and surpass customer requests. With an exciting blend of hands-on and remote work, you will serve as a valuable addition to our versatile, customer-oriented team.
What you will do:
This job role performs testing, administering, troubleshooting and supporting customer application systems for IT, Telco B/OSS, IP &Core, Cloud, Network and other systems.
The IT Engineer/Tester is responsible to implement the services requested by the customer.
The test services provided by an IT Engineer/Tester will include manual and/or automated Test case design, test case execution,defect tracking of functional and non-functional scenarios.
The IT Engineer/Tester is part of customer team and work in customerpremises or remotely for the customer wherever possible.
The skills you bring:
\- 2 to 8 years of Experience on Ericsson Products Ericsson Charging, Billing, DMP, CIS, Order Care, Catalog Manager, JIRA or any test management tool
\- Experience on system process products to test and tools to use.
Knowledge on software development process and automation test.
