Overview
TITAN Group is looking for a Digital/IT Sourcing Specialist to join our Group Procurement team at our Headquarters in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of sourcing strategies and managing procurement activities related to Digital and IT category across the Group. You will manage the execution of RFP processes, contract and supplier management, and the optimization of procurement workflows, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of Digital/IT procurement initiatives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Digital/IT Category Manager, you will provide analytical and operational support to strengthen category management practices and enable the successful execution of Digital and IT transformation initiatives across TITAN Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate Digital/IT procurement requests for various Group projects, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct market research and identify reliable vendors for Digital/IT services and solutions.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage RFP/RFQ processes for software, hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services.
- Prepare scenarios and participate in supplier negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
- Contribute to the management of supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of commercial contract terms in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Maintain procurement documentation, templates, and workflows across Group systems.
- Contribute to procurement automation and digital transformation initiatives within the function.
- Collaborate with Digital/IT teams, business stakeholders, and local procurement teams to support sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of international experience in IT procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or Digital/IT related roles in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and IT professional services.
- Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and procurement tools; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
