Financial Planning & Analysis Officer

• Develop and maintain an understanding of VXI’s business and each supported group’s goals and objectives.

• Assemble and analyze complex financial data to prepare the organization’s statement of income, operational highlights, accounts receivables, and uncompleted contracts.

• Prepare and consolidate annual budget and monthly forecasts, which includes expenses, capital, headcount, formats and calendar. Collaborate with all levels of the management team to articulate budgets, forecasts, projects and performance against plans.

• Assist groups in attaining site support for investments in resources and projects.

• Manage monthly close activities. Provide task direction to finance analysts responsible for month end close transactions and reporting.

• Perform analyses on key business drivers and develop interpretation of results, along with preparation of financial and operating trend analyses.

• Analyze present and future performance of company.

• Perform analyses regarding financial opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.

• Support management decision-making through the development of long-range planning/ business modelling.

• May provide functional advice or training to less experienced financial analysts

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Must be amenable to work in a fixed nightshift (will support VXI US Corporate Finance Dept)

• Expert in revenue/financial planning & analysis in a call center setting, specifically with Operations

• Must be familiar with Operations metrics for reports generation

• Supervisory experience is a requirement

• CPA certification is a plus
