SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for overseeing all operational tasks related to the football program. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to practice and game day operations, recruiting, budgeting, team travel and providing a positive collegiate experience for student-athletes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
- Ability to lead/manage others
- Strong understanding of all aspects of social media is preferred.
- Knowledge of Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A thorough knowledge of NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations is required.
- Clean driving record. Valid driver's license for 3+ years
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree - required
- Master's Degree - preferred
- 2-4 years experience working with football programs or collegiate athletic departments required
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Some evenings and weekends
SALARY STRUCTURE: Salaried exempt
Pay Grade 5 (Hiring Range $39,083.00 to $51,792.00 annually)
