We are looking for a Solution Delivery Portfolio Manager (SDPM) to lead this transformation by building and scaling a high-impact Program Management Office (PMO)!
As an SDPM, we will lead a team of program and project managers to deliver complex, global initiatives across the Enterprise Architecture (EA) portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping delivery excellence, modernizing program management practices, and embedding AI-driven insights into decision-making and execution!
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead a team of program and project managers to successfully deliver global EA and S/4 transformation portfolios
- Own end-to-end program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business outcomes
- Partner with business and technology leadership to align delivery priorities with enterprise strategy
PMO Transformation & AI Enablement
- Define and evolve PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards aligned to modern enterprise transformation needs
- Leverage AI and data-driven insights to enhance forecasting, risk management, resource planning, and reporting
- Drive adoption of intelligent tools and automation to improve PM productivity and decision-making
- Ability to guide the team to leverage AI or AI‑enabled ways of working in order to drive delivery excellence. Applying Artificial Intelligence and Leveraging Artificial Intelligence
Execution Excellence
- Establish robust program governance, including clear milestones, KPIs, risk/issue management, and escalation pathways
- Ensure consistent execution through standardized templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Lead program reviews and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and solution areas
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sponsors, solution managers, architects, and global teams to define scope, resources, and delivery plans
- Enable seamless coordination across IT, business, and system integrator partners (e.g., S/4 implementations)
- Drive accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global PM team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and delivery excellence
- Provide coaching on governance, delivery frameworks, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive improvements in project intake, demand forecasting, and resource planning across global teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of delivery
- Advance PMO maturity through evolving frameworks, templates, and standards
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in program/project management leadership roles
- Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including S/4HANA or similar ERP implementations
- Strong experience building and leading PMOs in complex, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and process transformation and exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills across executive and delivery teams
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
