The Opportunity
We’re looking for an SEO Analyst/Specialist to help power our SEO program across a large and growing network of 600+ individual practice brands and websites. Working closely with the SEO Manager / Senior Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the program: onboarding new practices, keeping tracking and data infrastructure healthy, monitoring performance across the network, and serving as the go-to SEO resource for the broader marketing team.
This is a great role for someone who loves the details — clean data, well-configured tracking, tidy listings — and wants to grow their SEO career in an environment where scale makes every improvement count hundreds of times over. We’re a small team managing a lot, so we lean heavily on AI and automation: you should be excited to use AI tools daily and to help automate repeatable work rather than doing it by hand.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage repeatable processes across a very large portfolio without letting quality slip
- A clear, helpful communicator who enjoys supporting teammates and explaining SEO in plain language
- Curious and proactive: you notice when something looks off in the data and dig in
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools as part of your everyday workflow
- Excited to use AI tools and automation daily, and to turn repeatable work into repeatable processes
- A team player who thrives in a small, fast-moving team supporting a large network of practices
In This Role, You Will
- Support practice onboardings: execute the SEO onboarding playbook for new practices — site setup checks, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, local listings, tracking implementation, and baseline audits — and flag gaps to help refine the playbook over time
- Own tracking setup and data quality: set up and maintain analytics and SEO tracking across the network (GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, rank tracking, call/conversion tracking), and audit regularly to ensure data across 600+ sites stays accurate and comparable
- Monitor and analyze performance: track local and organic visibility, traffic, and conversion performance across the network, investigate anomalies, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for the SEO team, marketing team, and stakeholders
- Be the day-to-day SEO resource: field SEO questions and requests from the broader marketing team, triage incoming requests, and help maintain SEO documentation, FAQs, and best-practice guides
- Use AI and automation to work at scale: use AI tools as part of your daily workflow for analysis, content QA, research, and reporting, and help build and maintain workflow automations alongside the SEO Manager
- Execute local SEO at scale: manage Google Business Profiles, listings, and citations across the network, resolve suspensions and data inconsistencies, and support review response workflows and location page optimizations
- Support the Manager with analysis for prioritization, experiments, and business reviews, and contribute to the speed, accuracy, and quality of the team’s recurring marketing tasks and reporting
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or marketing analytics (agency or multi-location experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of local SEO fundamentals: Google Business Profile, local listings, reviews, and location pages
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console; familiarity with rank tracking and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, or similar)
- AI fluency (important requirement): comfortable and current with AI tools as everyday working tools, with an interest in automation; hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or scripting a strong plus
- Comfortable working with data: spreadsheets are second nature (pivot tables, lookups); Tableau or similar BI tool experience is a strong plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage repeatable processes across a very large portfolio without letting quality slip
- A clear, helpful communicator who enjoys supporting teammates and explaining SEO in plain language
- Fluency in French is a very strong asset
