Job Description:

该职位主要负责医疗器械新产品的光学模块研发， 以及现有产品的光学方面维护，问题分析与解决等。

This position is responsible for research and development of optical module of new products. And, the maintenance work of the current product, problem analysis and solving, etc.

Job Requirements:

• 主导完成与光学相关的技术工作。 Leads the optical related technical effort.
• 确定和减轻光学技术风险。 Identifies and mitigates optical technical risks.
• 根据产品客户要求文档和系统要求规格制定光学系统规格。

Develops the optical system Specification in response to the Product Customer Requirements Document and the System Requirements Specification.

• 确保光学系统设计符合产品要求规格中所列的要求。
  Ensures that the optical system design meets the requirements set forth in the Product Requirements Specification.
• 制作光学系统子组件和详细的镜头组件图纸。
  Create sub assembly and detail lens component drawing for optical system.
• 主导完成高层设计和低层设计的审核，详细设计改进和设计变更。
  Lead high level design and low level design reviews, detail design improvement and design change.
• 与其他部门工程师进行沟通和交流，并根据项目要求合作开发医疗系统。
  Communicate with other function engineers to co-develop medical system as project needs.
• 负责光学子系统（在医疗成像系统中使用）的测试和文档编写工作。
  Responsible for testing and documentation of optical subsystems used in medical imaging systems.
• 关心光学领域新工艺和技术，善于在领域内寻求创新 Concerned with new technologies in the field of optics, skilled in innovation and application
• 良好的团队合作精神，以支持开发世界一流的医疗设备。
  Good team player to develop world-class medical equipment.
• 参加需求定义、预算和进度估计等重要设计活动。
  Major design activity for requirements definition, budget and schedule estimation.
• 在产品的生命周期内支持生产、采购和服务团队。
  Support Manufacturing, Purchasing and Service team through product life cycle.
• 与外部分包商和内部机构合作，完成设计的实现和制造。
  Work with external subcontractors and internal facilities for design implementation and manufacturing.
