Description
Ecolab is currently looking for a HR Trainee to provide day to day support by participating across a wide variety of HR activities.
What You Will Do:
- Workday end-user support, HRBP’s, Line Managers and Employees
- MyEcolab case management, including issue resolution of HRIS tickets
- Assist the HRIS team in the implementation of the area activities
- Simple configuration management in the Workday system.
- Provide a general support on the several HRIS projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, computer engineering or other related area
- Ideal knowledge of HRIS / enterprise systems
- 1 years of Human Resources experience
- Fluent English is mandatory. Other EU languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
