Are you a passionate hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your Food & Beverage career? We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a beautiful luxury country house hotel, set within stunning countryside and known for its exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operation across a variety of outlets, including a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining and events, an outdoor dining experience, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager…
- £35,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 to £4,000 service charge
- 45-hour contract, with hours varying depending on business needs
- Excellent opportunity to develop within a growing luxury hospitality group
- Staff accommodation available for up to six months (£96 per week), just a short walk or drive from the hotel
- Support with finding longer-term accommodation if relocating
We're looking for someone who…
- Has previous experience within a 4-star hotel environment
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality
- Leads by example and enjoys developing and motivating a team
- Is confident managing busy service periods across multiple outlets
- Thrives in a hands-on operational role and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences
