Crosstown Landing, a part of the Silvercrest Community, is hiring a Lead Receptionist for our newest community.  The Lead Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests in our newest assisted living facility.

What You'll Do:

• Primary point of contact for calls and visitors. You'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our standards of excellence.
• Administrative tasks, handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, guests, and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Office Operations, Office Equipment, Customer Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel/Word) and printing/copying/scanning
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
