What You'll Do... As a Branch Manager at American Pest, you'll lead every aspect of your branch's success. You'll own your region's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance while building, developing, and coaching a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional pest management solutions. No two days are exactly alike. You might spend your morning reviewing branch performance, coaching a manager or technician, and interviewing potential new hires before meeting with a high-profile customer, solving an operational challenge, and planning for your branch's future growth in the afternoon. As a member of our Leadership Team, you'll help shape business strategy, drive continuous improvement, and play a direct role in our mission to remain the preferred pest control provider throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

- Experience successfully managing a P&L statement preferred

- Experience with interviewing and hiring with an eye for selection & retention
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills with a focus on training
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position self to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces
- Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
- Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Exceptional attention to detail
