Technical Support & Incident Management
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 tickets; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex Windows domain, networking, and software issues.
- Monitor automated alerts and network operations to proactively prevent downtime and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage incoming service requests, taking calls when necessary, while maintaining accurate, real-time documentation and configuration records.
- Work independently to drive open incidents to resolution with a focus on high first-contact resolution and positive client experience.
Deployment & System Administration
- Image, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and hardware/software implementations.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, active directory objects, Group Policies (GPO), and file/folder permissions.
- Administer productivity suites, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Maintain endpoint security by managing antivirus, anti-malware, and patch management solutions.
Teamwork & Operational Excellence
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support critical after-hours incidents.
- Adhere to and enforce documented company policies, security guidelines, and IT best practices.
- Embody and promote the mission, vision, values, and core principles of Powernet.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and share knowledge with team members to elevate overall service quality.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
