Location: Fremont, CA, Greenville, SC or Louisville, KY
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain Corp wise or Cross Functional business domain dashboards and reports using BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or similar
- Partner closely with 3 or more in Supply Chain, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, Traffic, Manufacturing, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Finance, or Accounting to understand business processes, reporting needs, and strategic priorities
- Develop automated reporting and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, transformations and reporting logic
- Define project scope, gathering requirements, creating timelines, managing backlogs, and ensuring the timely delivery of BI products
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Ability to lead complex projects, influence partners, and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels
- Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure data consistency across systems
- Collaborate with data engineering team to optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and improve data availability
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, such as centralized data warehouse, data mart
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling concepts (start schema, dimensional modeling, semantic design)
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
- Solid understanding of historical, snapshot, and incremental data processing patterns
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g. databricks/Hive/Snowflake schemas)
- Exposure to data science tools or methodologies (Python, R, machine learning concepts, data bricks, snowflake)
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, Azure Data Factory), Alteryx, and Jira.
- Proven experience managing data-driven initiatives using project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
