Description:
Assists Broker in basic aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and presentation creation to better serve clients.
Performs basic clerical functions, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing to assist Broker.
Prepares and issues invoices to clients and resolves billing problems to ensure accurate records are delivered to clients and maintained internally.
Provides assistance, under direct supervision, to Brokers regarding coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain policies and ensure policies are up-to-date.
Provides assistance, under direct supervision, to Broker regarding coverage questions and program adjustments.
May demonstrate the ability to enter new bonds, upload documents, client demographics ,process renewals, etc., under close supervision.
