Finance & Control Department in Circle K Business Centre Riga, Latvia, is a part of a Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new Team player to join our team as:

Intern in Finance Systems Team

Type of Employment: Temporary for 6 months

Location: Circle K Business Centre, Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

Would you like to:

• Learn about systems that support Finance?

• Process data from various sources, reconcile the numbers, find the discrepancies and handle them accordingly?

• Assist with maintenance of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes?

• Assist with Supplier Master data cleanup in the ERP system – Oracle JDE?

• Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data?

• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders?

Main requirements:

• Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field;

• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;

• Strong eye on details;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Previous experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.);

• Ability to learn quickly;

• Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude;

• Ability to work as part of Team;

• Ability to perform routine tasks daily.
