Overview
Signet Health is actively seeking an experienced, licensed therapist to join our award-winning, hospital-embedded outpatient behavioral health program at MedStar Washington Hospital Center (named Outpatient Program of the Year). This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working with adult patients and is ideal for clinicians who value structured outpatient practice, predictable weekday hours, and high-quality, in-person clinical care.
Minimum: $80,739
Maximum: $98,681
DOE- Salary Depends on Experience, weekdays

Requirements/Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach.
- Conduct clinical intake assessments.
- Provide cross-coverage support as needed across various care levels, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), addiction services, and group therapy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Experience: Three (3) years of clinical experience working with adult patients.
- Licensure: Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire with ability to obtain DC licensure prior to starting. (employer support and assistance are provided)
Compensation and Benefits
Signet Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes full W-2 employment, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off including holidays.
