Scheduler | Matriarch Concierge | Nashville, TN

Matriarch Concierge is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Home Care Scheduler who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside a company that is redefining concierge home care.

This role is critical to our success. You'll be responsible for coordinating schedules for both our private duty (non-skilled) and skilled nursing services while building strong relationships with our caregivers, clients, and clinical team. Every day brings a new challenge, and we're looking for someone who approaches those challenges with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a solution-focused mindset.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for skilled and non-skilled home care services.
• Match caregivers and clinicians with clients based on availability, skills, location, and client preferences.
• Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs.
• Work closely with our clinical leadership team to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Help improve scheduling processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Support the continued growth of our scheduling department while maintaining exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of scheduling experience in both skilled and non-skilled home care is required.
• Strong understanding of home care operations and caregiver scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Natural problem solver who focuses on solutions instead of obstacles.
• Strong leadership qualities with the desire to grow into additional responsibilities as the company expands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Wellsky and/or Kantime software is a plus.
