Operations Management

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting TKM related daily operations needs by internal supplier
• Monitor operational processes to identify arears which hinder goal/objective achievements
• BOM maintenance Management- Manage setup process for New
• Contract/Eval/Demo kits and BOM changes post contract start.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Interface with Internal Stakeholder to drive cross functional collaboration and resolve part escalations in a particular region or customer.
• Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
• Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.
• Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
• Tracks projects cost schedule for internal and external customers.
• On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.
• Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives.

Education and Job

• Above 5 years relevant experience in a large international company
• Experienced in working Spares, Customer Fulfillment operations above 2 years
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry is a plus
• Proficient & skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (able to manage and analyze data, produce PPT decks for Management/Executive)
• Proficient in SAP
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
