Description
As a Safe Launch Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful introduction of new semiconductor products into manufacturing.
You will work closely with global development teams, manufacturing sites, quality engineers, and supply chain partners to identify risks,
solve technical problems, and drive smooth product ramp-up from development to mass production.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI) Safe Launch Management
- Coordinate Safe Launch activities for new semiconductor products
- Align Safe Launch plans with global development and manufacturing teams
- Monitor product performance during production ramp-up
- Facilitate material review and risk disposition discussions
- Present Safe Launch status and closure recommendations to management review boards
Quality & Technical Problem Solving
- Investigate quality and manufacturability issues during the Safe Launch period
- Coordinate root cause analysis and containment actions with subject matter experts
- Drive permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve NPI execution efficiency and manufacturing quality
- Support lessons-learned activities and implementation of best practices
System & Process Support
- Maintain engineering notification and Safe Launch tracking systems
- Ensure project documentation and performance data are updated accurately
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related disciplines
- Within 2 years working experience in relative field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Knowledge of project management concepts
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience in assembly material or wafer test or final test are preferable.
- Internship experience in engineering or manufacturing environments is a plus
