Global Site Content Coordinators: Lifestyle, Performance and Field of Play.
JOB MISSION:
As a key member of the Global Site Merchandising team, the Content Coordinator plays a critical role in executing best in class ecommerce storytelling across global markets. Reporting to the Site Merchandising Manager, this role supports the delivery of story framework deliverables, site journey plans, and supporting documentation to translate global site merchandising direction and Go To Market (GTM) priorities into clear, actionable requirements for creative, marketing, and regional teams. The Content Coordinator is responsible for ensuring kit deliverables are clearly defined, communication is timely and effective and go‑to‑market partners are aligned to global site requirements to drive a seamless, cohesive, and inspiring customer journey.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the Site Merchandising Manager in operationalizing seasonal site strategies by translating merchandising direction into clear content requirements, site journey documentation, executional frameworks, and kit deliverables for campaigns, key moments, and evergreen site experiences.
- Partner closely with Creative, UX, and Go‑to‑Market teams to align story requirements, guide component usage, and support scalable execution.
- Ensure smooth handoffs by confirming all inputs, specifications, and files are complete, accurate, and clearly documented for implementation.
- Own day‑to‑day tracking of seasonal content workstreams in Asana, monitoring progress, flagging risks, and proactively following up to keep work moving.
- Guide project communication through completion, ensuring final files and documentation are delivered to regional teams in a clear, organized, and timely manner to enable consistent execution of global site standards.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- 1–2+ years of experience in content coordination, site merchandising, or a related role, preferably within a retail or ecommerce environment.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, concise, and actionable requirements and documentation for cross‑functional partners.
- Demonstrated passion for digital brand storytelling, with the ability to translate story objectives into site journey plans, executional frameworks, and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of final assets.

Flexible Work Schedule
