Description

Before You Apply — Please Read Carefully

This role is designed for experienced professionals.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and be licensed as a Level II Dental Assistant in Canada (including HARP certification).

If that’s you — you may have just found a position that feels very different from the typical dental office.

Level II Dental Assistant — Join a High-Performance Team:
We are seeking a confident, fast-thinking, high-energy Level II Dental Assistant who thrives in a busy, well-established, and team-driven practice in downtown Hamilton.

This is not a passive role. This is for someone who enjoys being engaged, challenged and part of a coordinated clinical team that moves with purpose. You’ll be working alongside professionals who take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience — in an environment that is supportive, energetic and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

Compensation is competitive, with additional incentives tied to performance and contribution.

What Sets You Apart:
You’re not just experienced — you’re sharp, adaptable and proactive.
  •  Licensed Level II Dental Assistant (Canada) + HARP Certified.
  •  3–5 years of clinical experience in a busy practice.
  •  Comfortable with digital workflows and modern technology.
  •  Strong chairside presence — calm, confident and patient-focused.
  •  Able to anticipate needs, think quickly, and act decisively.
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  •  A true team player who elevates those around you.

Clinical & Technical Strengths:
You are confident and efficient with:
  • Digital X-rays & Pan equipment.
  • iTero scanning and intra-oral cameras.
  • Invisalign workflows.
  • Dentrix software & digital charting.

Schedule:
  •  Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  •  Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  •  Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  •  Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  •  Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • No weekends required.
  • (Optional opportunity for occasional Saturdays if desired).

The Environment:
Our practice is located at 17 Queen Street South, in a beautifully restored historic Victorian red-brick building in downtown Hamilton.

Inside, you’ll find a space that blends character with modern design, including a newly renovated staff lounge with dedicated areas to relax, eat and connect as a team.

Final Thought:
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, contribute and be part of something well-run and respected — not just “show up and assist” — this could be the right fit.

If you meet the qualifications, we look forward to hearing from you.
