HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR (H.E.R.O.) team. This is an in-person position offering a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule of 32-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process bi-weekly payroll and resolve compensation-related issues.

· Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide ongoing support.

· Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

· Assist the COO in market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

· Maintain and process monthly insurance billings.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation preferred.

· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
