Job Context
The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods.What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, tailored product training to a broad range of clients and industries - each session will be unique!
Taking ownership of challenges and creating workflow solutions to enhance customers' use of our product.
Delivery of online workshops of standard workflows within Simpro to groups of clients.
Satisfaction of, engaging with and supporting your clients to ensure they have the necessary resources to onboard the Simpro product successfully.
Enjoyment of building strong client relationships to provide ongoing support throughout every step of their implementation.
Monitoring client progress and taking a proactive approach to support their needs as they evolve.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, including staying up-to-date with recent product releases.
Collaborate with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of implementation for our clients. We value ideas and input from all areas, and your feedback is essential.
Being open to the possibility of on-site and off-site training sessions and working flexible hours to support and accommodate individual client needs.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
Experience in implementing software systems.
Understanding of business processes and workflows.
Leverage a degree of business acumen to provide clear guidance during implementation.
Experience in data management.
A professional and consultative approach.
A high-level of organisational and time-keeping skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems.
Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
Knowledge of or experience in the trades.
