YOU WILL BE:
As the Fifth Avenue Club Assistant, you are client focused and take initiative to resolve problems. You seek out responsibilities and follow through on all projects and tasks. You also possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Have the ability to continue client relationships and address all client needs when consultant is not available, acts as a liaison between client and consultant
Utilize good time management and prioritizes daily tasks
Be computer literate and systems savvy
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Retail Experience Required
Available to work a flexible schedule that can include nights and weekends
Always portrays a professional and polished demeanor demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude
Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people
Administrative Support & Operations Coordination
Workflow Coordination: Act as the operational anchor for the stylist’s business, coordinating tasks, daily priorities, and schedules for the support assistants to ensure seamless client execution.
Calendar & Agenda Management: Manage high-level scheduling, appointment preparation, and follow-ups, ensuring the stylist is fully prepared for all client engagements and VIP events.
Logistics Oversight: Track high-value client shipments, alteration pipelines, and product sourcing requests, troubleshooting administrative issues before they impact the client experience.
Business Performance & Reporting
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze weekly selling performance, category mix, and key business drivers within the book to identify trends and highlight opportunities.
Data Reporting: Maintain and utilize daily/weekly reporting tools and dashboards to provide the stylist and store leadership with clear visibility into book productivity.
Clienteling Metrics: Track essential KPIs including client retention, new acquisition, and lapsed client reactivation, organizing the data into actionable outreach lists.
Cross-Functional Liaison & Brand Alignment
Cross-Functional Partner: Serve as the primary point of contact between the stylist's business and store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions to secure proactive inventory and client support.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitive luxury client trends, current brand assortments, and seasonal shifts to support agile, proactive planning.
Brand Standards: Maintain the absolute highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and alignment with Saks Global’s luxury brand values.
Ad Hoc Administration: Perform additional operational, technical, and administrative responsibilities as needed to ensure the smooth running of the book.
