The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients, family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out process. What's Available:
.8 FTE, 64 hours bi-weekly
Shift: Monday-Friday rotating hours between 6:30am - 6:00pm, occasional Saturday from 6:45am - 12:00pm. Holiday rotation if needed
Location: Onalaska, WI

What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
6 months experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and technical/computer skills
Friendly personality and passion for connecting with/helping people
