Operator III - Operations

Support daily administrative activities for inbound, outbound and returns and daily counts.
Process WMS transactions and prepare operational documents (pick lists, shipping documents, count sheets, etc.).
Maintain inventory records, support in daily counts and perform reporting.
Coordinate with warehouse operations and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Position: Warehouse Admin

Job Scope:

• Support daily warehouse administration for inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory activities.
• Process and maintain accurate system transactions in WMS
• Prepare and print operational documents such as receiving reports, pick lists, packing lists, shipping documents, and cycle count sheets.
• Monitor order fulfilment, receiving, returns processing, and inventory movements.
• Assist with cycle counts and yearly stock take.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain documentation for audit and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and SLA compliance.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to operational procedures.

Key Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
