Description
Brief Summary: Bedrosians is one of the largest independent tile and stone distributors in the United States, with nearly over 40 locations nationwide. We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our distribution center operating efficiently by:
- Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology
- Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
- Utilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activities
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment
- Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practices
- Maintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping practices
- Following all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals
- Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and attendance
- Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment
- Professional attitude with the ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively with customers, drivers, and team members
- Ability to report to work on-time and have reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly
- Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Prior warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving experience
Preferred:
- Logistics experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Work Environment:
Warehouse/distribution center setting with varying temperatures. Employees may be exposed to hot and cold conditions and should be comfortable working in a physically active environment.
