TT Electronics’ Juarez facility is located on the border of Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas, two blocks from the Zaragoza-Ysleta International Bridge. The site has been opened since 1978, with a total floor space of 118K SQFT in two buildings. The site has a wide portfolio of optoelectronic sensors fabrication, supporting several final product applications such as office, automotive, aerospace/defence, medical, industrial and communications. The site serves more than 100 direct customers and ships our products worldwide.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
El Analista de Inventarios es responsable de garantizar niveles óptimos de inventario en la planta mediante la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento del programa de conteos cíclicos en las áreas de Materia Prima (Raw Material), Producto en Proceso (WIP) y Producto Terminado (Finished Goods), asegurando la exactitud del inventario y la continuidad de la operación.
Responsibilities:
- Administracion y generacion de reportes en sistema Sap.
- Asegura Plan de conteos Ciclicos en Categorias A,B,C y D, en Raw Materials, WIP y FG's
- Ejecucion de el programa de Contos Ciclicos en Raw Materials, WIP yFG's.
- Categorizacion de Raw Material, WIP y FG's en, Articulos Activos sin Orden de Trabajo
- Correr diariamente los reportes de Inventario con sus reservas proporcionadas de el sistema SAP.
- Seguimiento Diario de evolución de Inventarios RM, WIP & FG's (Graficas de tendencia)
- Seguimiento e identificación de problemas en BOM's
- Participa activamente en juntas de todos los niveles así sean requeridos
- Responder en tiempo y forma a las acciones correctivas por quejas de -cliente o en respuesta de algún hallazgo interno.
- Actualización de reportes en sistema Power Bi.

- Amplio conocimiento en excel , microsoft , tablas pivot etc.
