Position Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base + uncapped commission

Location: Ideally Montreal, QC. Also open to candidates in the GTA, Ontario and neighbouring provinces.
Work Model: Hybrid (Montreal) | Fully Remote (outside Montreal) with occasional travel across Canada.
Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating within the wireless infrastructure and commercial real estate sector. Backed by private equity and experiencing significant growth across Canada, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their collaborative team and support the continued expansion of their national portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives across Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development activities and achieve sales objectives through prospecting, relationship building, and strategic account development.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold outreach and networking to generate new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Prepare polished client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to prospective clients.
- Support customer meetings, presentations, pipeline reviews, and sales strategy initiatives.
- Analyze new business opportunities, site portfolios, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Site Development to advance opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, customer activity, and sales pipeline reporting.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and external stakeholders.
- Travel within Canada for customer meetings, relationship development, and occasional team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Approximately 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, commercial real estate, infrastructure, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, and engaging with executives and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies is considered an asset.
- Telecom or wireless infrastructure experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Canada.
