Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d)​

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Testautomatisierungsplattform für unsere Produkte
• Entwicklung automatisierter Integrations-, System- und Hardware-in-the-Loop-Tests
• Integration automatisierter Tests in CI/CD-Prozesse
• Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer Testframeworks und Testkomponenten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung und Test zur Verbesserung der Testbarkeit neuer Funktionen
• Analyse von Fehlerbildern und Absicherung relevanter Anwendungsfälle durch automatisierte Tests
• Konzeption und Betreuung von Testumgebungen unter Einbindung realer Hardware
• Evaluation und Einführung geeigneter Technologien und Werkzeuge für die Testautomatisierung
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Testabdeckung und Teststabilität

Ihr Profil

• Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung, Softwareentwicklung oder Quality Engineering
• Programmierkenntnisse in C# und C/C++ von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Integrations- und Systemtests
• Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
• Interesse an komplexen technischen Systemen und dem Zusammenspiel von Software und Hardware
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Main Responsibilities

• Build and continuously develop a modern test automation platform for our products.
• Develop automated integration, system, and hardware-in-the-loop tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes.
• Develop reusable test frameworks and test components.
• Collaborate closely with software development and testing teams to improve the testability of new features.
• Analyze defects and ensure relevant use cases are covered by automated tests.
• Design and maintain test environments incorporating real hardware.
• Evaluate and introduce suitable technologies and tools for test automation.
• Continuously improve test coverage and test stability.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in test automation, software development, or Quality Engineering.
• Programming skills in C# and C/C++ are an advantage.
• Experience with integration and system testing.
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Interest in complex technical systems and the interaction between software and hardware.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
