Join a global quality transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technology Transfer teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and harmonize product quality requirements across the product lifecycle, strengthen engineering quality practices and standardization, and further develop Technology Transfer quality governance. You will help ensure that quality is built in from the beginning, while turning experience and lessons learned into preventive improvements. You will also help build digital quality frameworks by leveraging AI and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, organizational learning, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the Product Quality Assurance function and develop product quality requirements across business areas and the product lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Management to identify and harmonize critical-to-quality (CTQ) and critical-to-safety (CTS) characteristics across product families and technologies.
- Use quality cost, nonconformance, failure, and feedback data to strengthen product, engineering, and technology transfer requirements.
- Drive standardization of engineering processes and embed them into a unified Engineering Quality Framework across global networks.
- Lead the development of digital quality data models and technology transfer QA governance, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and product-specific applications.
Expectations for you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience in quality management or related roles, including line manager responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of product quality management principles, quality assurance frameworks, lifecycle-based quality management, and engineering development processes.
- Experience using quality and failure data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Understanding of digital tools and AI applications in quality assurance, data analysis, and requirement traceability.
