Description
Description
Critter Block is Debug's wildlife control and exclusion service. When mice, rats, bats, or squirrels are getting into a home, bait alone only manages the problem. Sealing the way in solves it. That is the job: find every entry point, close it with clean, durable work, and handle the wildlife that is already inside.
We are growing Critter Block and expanding our trapping service, and we are adding an experienced wildlife and exclusion technician to the team. This is not an entry-level role. You have done this work before, you are at home on a ladder or a roofline, and you take pride in installations that look as good as they hold up.
Critter Block's busiest stretch runs through fall and winter, when rodents push indoors, so this is steady, year-round work.
What you will do
- Inspect homes and commercial properties to find rodent and wildlife entry points.
- Handle wildlife control and exclusion for bats, squirrels, and other nuisance wildlife.
- Set and manage traps as we expand our trapping service.
- Measure, cut, bend, and install metal foundation barriers.
- Install exclusion mesh, corner caps, door sweeps, and garage door sweeps.
- Seal gaps around foundations, siding, and utility penetrations.
- Work on ladders, roofs, and rooflines as a regular part of the job.
- Do minor trenching and pull back mulch as needed for installations.
- Follow the approved proposal scope, and flag any additional work before you proceed.
- Walk customers through the completed work, and document every job with clear notes and before-and-after photos.
- Keep your tools, vehicle, and work areas clean and organized.
