Job Role: Senior Associate: Copy Writer (CRM & Retention)
You should apply if you have:
- Excellent command of written English, with strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience in writing high-converting content for CRM channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, and RCS.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion-focused communication.
- Experience in conceptualising and executing monthly sales campaigns, including campaign themes, promotional messaging, and customer journeys.
- The ability to balance creative storytelling with business objectives such as revenue growth, customer retention, and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Experience collaborating with CRM, Design, Performance Marketing, Product, and Cataloguing teams.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise communication.
- A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Skills Required:
- CRM copywriting across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, and RCS.
- Campaign conceptualisation, sales planning, and promotional storytelling.
- Customer segmentation and lifecycle communication.
- Conversion-focused copywriting, A/B testing, and content optimisation.
- Understanding of CRM metrics such as CTR, open rates, conversion rates, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Strong content planning, proofreading, and quality assurance.
- Basic understanding of landing page structures, UI/UX content, and product placement strategies.
- Cross-functional coordination and campaign execution.
What will you do?
- Own CRM Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, and RCS to drive engagement, conversions, retention, and revenue.
- Plan Monthly Sale Campaigns: Conceptualise sale themes, campaign hooks, promotional messaging, and communication calendars for monthly and seasonal sales.
- Build Customer Journeys: Create targeted communication funnels for different customer segments, including cart abandoners, product page viewers, first-time buyers, repeat customers, and loyal customers.
- Drive Revenue Through Content: Optimise campaign messaging, product recommendations, and customer journeys to improve conversions, Average Order Value (AOV), and repeat purchases.
- Contribute to Sale Page Strategy: Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams on sale landing page structures, content hierarchy, product placement, and promotional storytelling.
- Manage Campaign Execution: Maintain campaign production sheets, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure all sale assets and communications go live accurately and on time.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Own the brand's tone of voice across CRM channels, ensuring promotional and transactional communication remains consistent, engaging, and relevant.
- Optimise Campaign Performance: Work closely with the CRM team to analyse campaign metrics, identify opportunities, conduct copy experiments, and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with CRM, Performance Marketing, Design, Product, and Cataloguing teams to deliver campaigns from ideation through execution.
- Ensure Content Accuracy: Review promotional offers, pricing, product information, campaign creatives, and communication journeys before deployment.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, CRM marketing, or campaign strategy.
- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital-first businesses is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing CRM communications and large-scale promotional campaigns.
Working days: Monday–Friday
