What impact you'll make

As a member of the People Operations team in Chile, you will be an active contributor to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely HR transactions across the employee lifecycle — supporting our workforce from preboarding through offboarding while helping maintain full compliance with Chilean Labor Law.

Job Description

What you'll do

Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical employee files, including onboarding documentation, contract amendments, overtime agreements, and offboarding records.

Execute transactions within HR systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.

Resolve operational HR inquiries promptly through our internal ticketing system.

Prepare termination documents and other materials requiring Legal Representative signatures, coordinating notary services as needed.

Document and digitize the Remuneration Book in accordance with company standards.

Support local institutional requirements to ensure smooth HR operations within People Operations.

Maintain audit-ready employee records in compliance with company policy and Chilean Labor Law, providing on-site support during regulatory reviews.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Currently enrolled student in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with at least 2 years remaining until graduation.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and process execution.

Eligibility Requirements

Availability to work in a hybrid work scheme.

Based in Chile and authorized to work in-country.
