Job Description
- Maintaining and updating wholesale banking system parameters (19 applications).
- Running automated processes for statement and advice verification.
- Providing production support for systems used by business units and operations teams.
- Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking.
- Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance.
- Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with banking systems.
- Experience with system maintenance, operational processing, and automation activities.
- Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
