The role contributes to effective project execution by consolidating status, tracking commitments and dependencies, highlighting execution gaps, and supporting timely escalation and management visibility across manufacturing transfer, qualification, resiliency, systems implementation, operational readiness, and capacity-improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance and Coordination

  • Support governance activities across assigned programs and projects in accordance with established PMO processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, deliverables, action plans, RAID logs, dependency registers, and decision records with guidance from the PMO leader.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-site follow-up across Operations, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT/MES, Quality, Warehouse/Logistics, and other assigned stakeholders.
  • Support readiness, milestone, management, and gate reviews by consolidating verified evidence and documenting agreed outcomes.
  • Follow up agreed actions, highlight overdue commitments, and route unresolved constraints through established PMO escalation channels.

Reporting, Analysis, and Readiness Support

  • Consolidate workstream updates into accurate trackers, dashboards, executive summaries, and management-review materials.
  • Monitor milestones, readiness indicators, risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule variances; highlight material trends and execution gaps.
  • Maintain readiness visibility across facility, equipment, materials, manufacturing process, qualification, quality, IT/MES, data, supply chain, and operational workstreams.
  • Support mitigation, recovery, and contingency-plan follow-up, including tracking owners, due dates, dependencies, and closure evidence.
  • Maintain PMO repositories, templates, process maps, lessons learned, and controlled project documentation.

Key Deliverables

  • Integrated schedules and milestone trackers
  • Portfolio dashboards, status summaries, and management-review materials
  • RAID, action, dependency, and decision logs
  • Readiness trackers and evidence summaries
  • Controlled repositories, lessons learned, and reusable PMO templates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately two years of project handling or project coordination experience is preferred. Experience may be gained through PMO support, manufacturing, engineering, operations, planning, supply chain, IT, or related work.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is preferred; Thai communication capability is advantageous for local coordination.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects, manufacturing transfer, qualification, systems implementation, operational readiness, or process improvement is preferred.
