  • Engage account stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, goals, challenges, and measures of success, and identify compliant opportunities for shared strategic priorities that benefit patients, providers and the health system.
  • Facilitate strategic collaboration around patient diagnosis, referral, treatment access and care pathways, multidisciplinary coordination, and treatment delivery, using approved resources and in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Strengthen Ipsen’s position as a Rare Liver Disease partner by sharing relevant insights and approved information that support appropriate patient identification, navigation, and delivery of care.

Cross-functional orchestration

  • Serve as the Rare Disease Business Unit lead for coordinated planning and execution within priority health-system accounts.
  • Lead Rare Disease-specific account planning, establishing shared objectives, roles, milestones, and communication routines with relevant partners.
  • Coordinate Rare Disease resources and mobilize appropriate cross-functional partners without direct authority, prioritize approved resources and initiatives based on customer need, strategic fit, and potential patient and business impact.
