At Northpool, we are continuously expanding our proprietary trading activities in the European energy markets. We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Power Trader to strengthen our short to mid-term power trading activities in Leiden. In this role, you will trade power products (focusing on days, weeks, and months), identify market opportunities, and develop profitable trading strategies. Your main market is CWE. You will combine your understanding of European electricity markets with quantitative analysis, weather insight, and disciplined risk management.
