In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release deployments, including planning, testing, production readiness, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with application, development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver releases on schedule.
• Execute deployments, change requests, and release activities in compliance with bank policies and standards.
• Support UAT and release environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Automate build and deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Support code quality and security scanning tools including SonarQube, Fortify, and OSS scanning solutions.
• Perform patch management, environment support, and production release activities.

 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Release Management, Application Support, or related technology roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, source control, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure platforms, information security concepts, and production support environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
