As a Dispatcher supporting a financial institution, you will coordinate communications, monitor systems and activity, document incidents, and help direct responses to security-related needs. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, visitors, and responding personnel while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms, and access-related activity, and document observations and incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely notification and coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess CPR and First Aid certification, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
