  • Perform end-to-end QA and pre-deployment testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes with the Enterprise Web Solutions and Digital Platforms Team before email send approval.
  • Create and execute A/B tests, document outcomes, track operational indicators such as deliverability and bounce/error trends, maintain build documentation, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and optimization.

  • Ability to build and validate complex audience segments using CRM data structures, business rules, data tables, suppression lists, and audience QA methods to support accurate targeting and personalization.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including list hygiene, bounces, sender reputation, and spam triggers, combined with the ability to implement and evaluate A/B tests, document learnings, identify errors, and mitigate risk prior to deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize work against deadlines, maintain clear build documentation and status updates, and support consistent operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical build details for non-technical partners, collaborate across matrixed teams, coordinate handoffs, and support shared timelines and stakeholder alignment.
