Hybrid BCBA | $80,000–$100,000
Treetop ABA has officially expanded into Maryland, and we’re excited to continue to build our team! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization as we establish and build our presence in the state—while still benefiting from a strong clinical infrastructure, supportive leadership, and a hybrid service model.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals
- Supervise, coach, and support RBTs
- Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency
- Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards
