Assistant Relationship Manager & Closer

We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to join our Northwest Ohio team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate, mortgage lending, title insurance, escrow, banking, transaction coordination, or property management who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, and helping grow business.
No title insurance experience is required. If you understand real estate transactions and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training necessary to succeed.

What You'll Do
Build and Grow Client Relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and other real estate professionals throughout Northwest Ohio.
Support the growth of Erie Title's market presence through regular client outreach and engagement.
Attend office meetings, networking events, industry functions, Realtor associations, and community events.
Serve as a trusted resource for customers and real estate professionals throughout the transaction process.
Transaction & Closing Support
Coordinate with our title and escrow teams to ensure a smooth closing experience.
Assist clients, Realtors, lenders, and other partners with questions and transaction-related needs.
Conduct mobile and in-office closings throughout Northwest Ohio.
Provide notary services for real estate transactions after obtaining an Ohio Notary Commission.
Maintain a working knowledge of title, escrow, and closing procedures.
What We're Looking For
Required
Resident of Ohio.
Current Ohio Notary Public commission or ability to obtain a commission within the first six months of employment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable networking and developing professional relationships.
Familiarity with residential or commercial real estate transactions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
Title Insurance
Real Estate Sales
Mortgage Lending
