Job Requirements:
- Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Availability to work in Buffalo (14201, 14203, 14204, 14207, 14212, 14215, 14216, 14220 zip codes)
- Availability to work day, evening or overnight shifts (hours vary)
- 9am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-8pm, or 8pm-8am
- Reliable transportation, drivers preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
