Description
Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to lead NATO's Operational Network Extension (ON-X), a large-scale $1B+ multi-year enterprise IT transformation and managed-services program for the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). The ON-X program will modernize NATO's operational network through secure multi-cloud infrastructure, network transformation, cybersecurity, and long-term managed services.
The selected leader will have overall accountability for program execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across a complex, multi-year contractual framework.
This role requires more than traditional program management. We are seeking a strategic leader who understands how to successfully execute highly complex contracts, manage an extensive network of delivery partners, navigate evolving customer priorities, and align multinational teams to achieve mission-critical outcomes.
International Expatriate Opportunity. This position will initially be based in the United States with travel to Reston, VA. The successful candidate will support pre-award activities, including travel to Reston, Virginia, and Europe, before transitioning to an international assignment.
Following contract award, the selected candidate is expected to relocate to The Hague, Netherlands, on or around May 2027, where they will lead program execution and engage directly with NATO stakeholders.
Leidos will provide a comprehensive expatriate total compensation package designed to support the successful candidate's international transition and assignment, including
Leidos-funded relocation and applicable expatriate benefits and allowances, subject to company policy and eligibility.
