Hy Digital is a growth consultancy in Bangkok. We help companies grow through digital marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot Platinum Partner), tracking, automation, and AI tools. Our clients are hotels, B2B companies, real estate, and e-commerce brands across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

We are a small team that moves fast. AI does most of the drafting in our company: reports, briefs, and research come out of systems we built. People do the judgment, the relationships, and the follow-through. That is what this role is.

The role

You own the client relationship and the delivery schedule for a set of active marketing clients. You are the client's main contact, and you are the person who makes sure work actually ships: on time, checked, and clearly communicated.

You will be trained on our exact way of working, step by step, with playbooks for every recurring process. Your job is to run those playbooks reliably, remove work from the plate of the team and the Managing Director, and only then improve how things are done. This is a doing role, not a meeting role.

What you will do

• Own client communication: email, LINE, WhatsApp, calls. Same-day response is our standard.
• Run a weekly touchpoint with every client, even when nothing is urgent: open items, upcoming promotions, ideas worth raising.
• Turn client requests into clear tasks with one owner and a deadline in ClickUp, then chase them to done. Nothing slips because nobody followed up.
• Run the monthly reporting cycle: review the AI-drafted performance report, turn every recommendation into an owned action, chase the team, and send the report to the client by the 10th of each month. This deadline is the heartbeat of the role.
• Check deliverables before the client sees them: ads, pages, reports, emails.
• Keep ClickUp and HubSpot accurate so the whole team can rely on them.
• Use AI tools every day, not occasionally: preparing briefs, summarizing threads, drafting client communication. We teach you the stack.

Who this role is for

• Thai national. Fluent Thai and strong written English. Most client communication is written, and your writing represents us.
• Open from junior to mid level. Client-facing experience (account management, customer success, agency work) helps, but how you work matters more than years on a CV.
• You listen. You follow training and proven playbooks exactly, and you suggest improvements after things run, not instead of running them.
• A natural chaser: organized, persistent, comfortable holding people to deadlines.
• You can read a marketing performance report (GA4, Google Ads, Meta) and discuss it with a client, or you are ready to learn this fast. You do not need to run the campaigns yourself.
• You ask questions early, work independently, and take ownership.
• You are genuinely interested in AI and modern tools.

You are probably not a good fit if

• You come from a large corporate environment and are used to slow approvals, many meetings, and long discussions before anything happens. We are the opposite of that.
• You tend to create process and reports around work instead of finishing the work itself.
• You need constant direction, or you redo things your own way after being shown how we do them.
• You struggle to follow up consistently.

• Base salary 20K to 45K THB plus monthly performance bonus. Final remuneration is in line with your experience; both junior and mid-level candidates are welcome to apply.
