About the role:
Location: Truganina, Melbourne
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery & Installation Assistant to support our Delivery & Installation Lead in delivering and installing premium Fisher & Paykel appliances across the region.
What you'll do
- Assist with the delivery, installation and connection of Fisher & Paykel appliances.
- Safely load, unload and handle products.
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
- Assist with the removal of old appliances where required.
- Complete delivery documentation and follow company procedures.
- Help with warehouse and trade delivery activities as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, removals, warehousing or a similar role is advantageous.
- Full driver's licence.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and team-oriented approach.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Additional trade or technical skills are a bonus.
