Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of the Gold Loan business within the Salem Cluster, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines to maintain the bank's reputation and integrity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing a gold loan business, preferably in a regional or cluster-based setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making to drive business performance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
